On October 18, 19 and 20, Philippe Lebru flew to Singapore for IAMWATCH, one of the world’s most prestigious watchmaking events. Selected by Michael Tay from among some forty influential figures in the field, Philippe Lebru is renowned for his innovative approach, akin to the post-modern “deconstructivism” movement, which defies standards to invent the impossible.
Surrounded by some of the greatest names in the world of watchmaking and design, Philippe Lebru presented his greatest creations: the BALLASTOGRAPHE, HORTENCE, as well as a Philippe Lebru X Alain Silberstein collaboration: KAWAII parquet and KB2 Corten. This moment, rich in exchanges and discoveries, illustrates the synergy that unites all these creators and highlights contemporary, free and creative watchmaking.
This event confirms Utinam’s international reputation and the growing appeal of French watchmaking, driven by the values of tradition and audacity. IAMWATCH is an unmissable showcase where the art of French watchmaking meets a cosmopolitan public, hungry for unique pieces and boundless creativity.
